This is a unique and useful spicies of tree Ginkgo Biloba. It rarely grows in Europe. We are happy to inform our  visitors, that two trees of this plant grow in Kutaisi in the area of Abkhazian Legal Entity `Business Incubator` (1. Gugunava street). They are 35 years old, reching a height of 8-9 m. Their lower diameter  is 4 m. They are strong, covered with healthy leaves.

• Гинкго билоба (Ginkgo biloba L.) является деревом,которое было названо «живым ископаемым» известным биологом Чарльзом Дарвином, поскольку оно существует на Земле на протяжении 300 миллионов лет и не относится ни к одному из видов растений, существующих в настоящее время.
• Дерево было обнаружено в Азии, где целебные свойства гинкго используются уже в течение 5000 лет. Активные ингредиенты гинкго содержатся в его листьях.
• Дерево гинкго билоба росло и в Европе, но исчезло во время ледникового периода. В 1712 году немецкий врач и ботаник Энгельберт Кемпфер привез гинкго в Европу из Японии.

2015 წლის 10 ივნისს, ქ. ქუთაისში, გუგუნავას ქ. #1-ში,  აფხაზეთის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის მთავრობის  მიერ შექმნილი სსიპ "აფხაზეთიდან იძულებით გადაადგილებულ პირთა  სტაჟირების, კვალიფიკაციის ამაღლების  და დასაქმების ხელშეწყობის ცენტრი-ბიზნესინკუბატორში" დასუფთავების აქცია გაიმართა. აქციაში ჩართული იყვნენ აფხაზეთის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის მთავრობის აპარატის,  იმერეთისა და სამეგრელო-ზემო სვანეთის წარმომადგენლობისა და მისი  სხვადასხვა უწყების თანამშრომლები.  

პარალელურად, აქციის მონაწილენი   გაეცნენ  "ბიზნესინკუბატორში" შემოყვანილ და საიჯარო ხელშეკრულებების საფუძველზე მოქმედ  6 მცირე ბიზნესის წარმომადგენელი კომპანიის,  1 სოციალური საწარმო „თერნალი+“-ის  და   ამ პროექტის ავტორი  და წამყვანი ასოციაცია "მშვიდობიანი და  საქმიანი კავკასია“ -ს  (ამსკ)  მიმდინარე საქმიანობას, მის  სამომავლო გეგმებს.

აქციის მონაწილეები გაეცნენ  2015 წლის თებერვალში აფხაზეთის ა.რ. მთავრობისა და USAID/NEO-ს მიერ ერთობლივად ინიცირებულ,  აფხაზეთიდან და  სამხრეთ ოსეთიდან იძულებით გადაადგილებული პირების, ასევე, საოკუპაციო ხაზების პირას მცხოვრები მოსახლეობის დასაქმებისკენ მიმართულ, სასათბურე მეურნეობების განვითარების პროექტის  იმ კომპონენტს, რომელიც  "ბიზნესინკუბატორში"  სასწავლო/სადემონსტრაციო სათბურის  მოწყობას ითვალისწინებს. ამ პროექტის სულის ჩამდგმელია  აფხაზეთის ა.რ. სოფლის მეურნეობის, გარემოს დაცვისა და ბუნებრივი რესურსების დეპარტამენტი, აფხაზეთის ა.რ.  ფინანსთა და ეკონომიკის სამინისტრო, სხვა სამსახურები. ისინი აქტიურად თანამშრომლობენ.

სსიპ "ბიზნესინკუბატორთან" მალე მოეწყობა  მცირემიწიანი დამწყები ფერმერებისთვის სასწავლო/სადემონსტრაციო, ორგანული სასათბურე მეურნეობა, თავისი  საგამოფენო/სავაჭრო პავილიონით.

     პროექტის შედეგად, სამეგრელოსა და გორის რაიონებში იქმნება 58 ფერმერული მეურნეობა, სათბურების საერთო ფართით 4,3 ჰა.  დასაქმდება 200–მდე დევნილი და  საოკუპაციო ხაზების პირას მცხოვრები,დაბალ შემოსავლიანი ოჯახების წარმომადგენლები. პროექტის განხორციელება შესაძლებელი გახდა,საქართველოს  ეკონომიკის სამინისტროს გადაწყვეტილებით, რუსთავში ათეულ წლობით უმოქმედოდ არსებული  სასათბურე კონსტრუქციების აფხაზეთის  მთავრობისათვის  უვადო სარგებლობაში გადმოცემის შედეგად.

  ღონისძიების დასასრულს,  აფხაზეთის ა.რ. მთავრობის თავმჯდომარემ ბ-ნმა ვ. ყოლბაიამ აქციის მონაწილეებს მადლობა  გადაუხადა და უთხრა მათ:  „ბიზნესინკუბატორს" სერიოზული გეგმები აქვს, მისი სრულად   ამუშავება  დევნილ საზოგადოებას მისცემს  დასაქმების, წინსვლისა და განვითარების საშუალებას.

ასევე  ითქვა, რომ გაგრძელდეს მიზანდასახული  მუშაობა იძულებით გადაადგილებულ პირთა დასაქმებისკენ  ორიენტირებული პროექტების შესამუშავებლად.

In June 10, 2015 clean-up activity took place at legal entity `Business Incubator- Internship and employment center for Abkhazian Internally Displaced People` located at 1 Gugunava street, Kutaisi. Representatives the governments of Abkhazian A.R., Imereti, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti  and various officials participated in the activity.

 During the event the participants learnt about the current activities and future plans of 6 small business companies and one social enterprise `Ternali+` operating under the `Business Incubator` and the founder of  `Business Incubator` Association Peaceful and Business Caucasus (APBC).

Clean-up activity participants also got detailed information about the training/demonstration greenhouse farm project that will be constructed near the `Business Incubator`. This project was initiated by the government of Abkhazian A.R. and USAID/NEO in February 2015 to support employment of internally displaced population (IDP) from Abkhazia and South Ossetia and also people living near the occupation lines.  The basic initiator of this project is the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Natural resource department of Abkhazian A.R.  also the ministry of  finance and economy and other structures. They actively cooperate.

Training/demonstration organic greenhouse farm with the trade exhibition pavilion will be arranged near the Legal Entity `Business Incubator`.

 As a result of this project there will function 58 greenhouse farms in Samegrelo and Gori regions with the total area of 4,3 he. Up to 200 IDPs and vulnerable population near the occupation lines will be employed. The Ministry of Economy of Georgia had made the decision to give  the abandoned greenhouse constructions in Rustavi to the Abkhazian government free of charge for long -term usage. This decision  enabled the implementation of the greenhouse project.

By the end of the clean-up activity Mr.V. Kolbaia –a head of the Abkhazian A.R expressed his gratitude towards the participants and said: `Business Incubator ` has serious plans, its total activation will bring the IDP society employment and development opportunity. It is important to continue active works on IDP employment projects.

ასოციაცია "მშვიდობიანი და საქმიანი კავკასია"-ს (ამსკ), სხვა პარტნიორი  NGO-ების, ბიზნესსექტორის წარმომადგენლების  და აფხაზეთის ა.რ. მთავრობის ერთობლივი ინიციატივით, შექმნილია და ფუნქციონირებს სსიპ აფხაზეთიდან იძულებით გადაადგილებულ პირთა სტაჟირების, კვალიფიკაციის ამაღლების და დასაქმების ხელშეწყობის ცენტრი "ბიზნესინკუბატორი"  (მოკლედ: აფხაზეთის სსიპ "ბიზნესინკუბატორი"). მას უვადო სარგებლობაში გააჩნია სახელმწიფოს საკუთრებაში არსებული, ყოფილი "ელექრომექანიკური" ქარხნის შენობა -10500მ²-ისსაწარმოო ფართით  და 0,5 ჰა მიწის ნაკვეთი, რათა აქ ხელი შეეწყოს იმერეთში მცხოვრები, ბიზნესსაქმიანობის აწყობის მსურველი, სათანადო განათლების და უნარების მქონე ახალგაზრდების და უმწეო ოჯახების შრომისუნარიან წევრთა დასაქმებას.

 დასაქმების მთავარი ინსტრუმენტია საკუთარი მცირე ბიზნესის აწყობის, ანდა სოფლად ფერმერული მეურნეობების შექმნის  მსურველი ახალგაზრდების  კონკრეტულ   კომპანიებში, ხოლო დამწყები ფერმერების  კი მათთვის სპეციალურად მოწყობილ სასწავლო-სადემონსტრაციო ბიო-სასათბურე მეურნეობაში 6 თვემდე სტაჟირება/სწავლება, მათ მიერ სტარტაპის მოპოვება, ახალწამოწყებული ბიზნესის ინკუბაცია.

 სასტაჟიორო ბაზა იქმნება კერძო ბიზნესის მიერ შემოტანილი საწარმოო-საშუალებებით და ბიზნესის მართვის ტექნოლოგიებით. ის ევროპულ "ბიზნესინკუბატორებში"   არსებულ ძვირადღირებულ ტექნოპარკებს   ჩაანაცვლებს და ამისათვის თანხები არ დაიხარჯება.

  "ბიზნესინკუბატორში" ინდუსტრიული მიმართულების სასტაჟიორო ბაზის შესაქმნელად  გათვალისწინებულია სხვადასხვა პროფილის 20-22 კომპანიის შემოყვანა.  6 კომპანია უკვე შემოსულია.

 აგრარულ მიმართულებაში სტაჟირებისათვის "ბიზნესინკუბატორი"-ს შენობის ირგვლივ  განლაგდება თანამედროვე სასწავლო-სადემონსტრაციო  სათბურები და კლიმატის  შემაკავებელი, გარემოდაცვითი, აგრარული ბიზნესის სხვადასხვა სფეროში ეფექტურად მოქმედი ეკოტექნიკა.   აქვე შესაძლებელი იქნება სათბურების  და ეკოტექნიკის შეძენა ან სტაჟიორების   მიერ საკუთარი ძალებით ადგილზე დამზადება .

Legal Entity of Abkhazia "Business Incubator"      

Resume

Through the joint initiative of the Association Peaceful and Business Caucasus (APBC), partner NGOs and Abkhazian A.R. the Legal Entity `Business Incubator`- a center for internship and employment of Internally Displaced People (IDPs) from Abkhazia (for short: Legal Entity of Abkhazia `Business Incubator`), was established and actively operates. It is located on the 10500m² industrial area of Electromechanical factory and 5 he land allocated by the government for the long-term usage. This place will support internship and employment of the local educated IDPs and other vulnerable youth, who intend to build their own businesses or farms.

The employment is ensured through the 6 months internship/training at various companies  or special demonstration bio-greenhouse farm. The interns will make start up and their business will undergo incubation period. 

The base for the internship is made with the industrial means and business management technologies brought by the private companies. They will replace expensive European Technology parks   without expenses.

Up to 20-22 various industrial companies will operate under the Business Incubator. 6 of them  have already been set there.

For the agrarian direction modern demonstration greenhouses and various environmental effective eco techniques will be arranged around the Business Incubator building. Besides, the interns will construct the mentioned echo techniques during the internship period. Together with the greenhouses these devices will be available for purchase.

Business Incubator has a strategy to prepare well trained 200 employers with business start up, who  will employ up to 600 people!

• Business Incubator will support its beneficiaries until their businesses achieve sustainability.
• Main goal of the project is:

-         To employ vulnerable part of population, mainly IDPs, to reduce unemployment and poverty;

-         To support Georgian-Abkhazian business partnership and integration process.

-          

We invite the local and International NGOs, high and vocational schools, funds, micro finance organizations, banks, investors, businessmen and business networks, foreign partners, interested governmental structures, local and foreign volunteer mentors for partnership and cooperation.
